Hold fee: €100 for crates up to 60x45x40 cm; €200 for crates up to 100x65x70 cm; add €150 if routing via Frankfurt. IATA compliant crate required, max 100x65x70 cm. Maximum 2 pets in hold per flight.

Cabin fee: €80 per flight. Reserve at least 48 hours in advance by phone. Maximum 2 pets in cabin per flight. Cabin requires a form to be completed. No pets to/from London City, Birmingham, or Isle of Jersey (except service dogs). No dogs to most US airports. Service dogs allowed free in cabin.
