Cabin pets on outbound flights from Hong Kong (HKG) to Tokyo (NRT), Osaka (KIX), and Nagoya (NGO) only. Max 8 kg including carrier. Carrier max 45x21x37 cm, soft-sided, ventilation at least 16% of panel area. Return to Hong Kong must be as cargo. No connecting flights for cabin pets. No pets to Australia. Reservations must be made through Pet Holidays. Service dogs: free in cabin, 48 hours notice, max 2 per flight.
