Temperature restrictions

Brachycephalic breeds not accepted in cargo due to heat/stress sensitivity. Embargo if temperature exceeds 29.4°C (85°F) or below 7.2°C (45°F) at any airport.

Hold transport for dogs/cats too large for cabin in IATA-compliant crates. Up to 2 pets per crate if accustomed, each max 14 kg. Additional €150 fee via FRA/MUC/VIE hubs. Fees vary by route and size.
