Pet passport, microchip or tattoo, health certificate, entry/exit permits, rabies vaccination required. No pets on flights from Croatia to UK. No pets as baggage from Ireland to Croatia. UK to Croatia accepted except Gatwick (LGW). No dog and cat in the same carrier. Service dogs: free in cabin up to ~25 kg.
